Dear Friends of Pilgrims,

it is now already six months since we so sadly lost our Pilgrims Shepherd, Jim Wright. The most appropriate contribution to honor Jim's memory is to drive Pilgrims' from strength to strength. 

I am delighted to inform you that continuity will be maintained by the appointment of Chaz Pugliese, a seasoned Pilgrims trainer, as Director of Education. This role is not limited to the operational aspects of the courses. It encompasses the full challenge of: nurturing Teacher Training, vision and strategy of TT, networking, attendance at ELT events, support to agents, and many others. 

Chaz will continue to live in Paris with regular visits to Canterbury. He will benefit from staff continuity with Lizzie Wojtkowska-Wright  and Rob Burton working with him.

I shall personally take an active role in supporting Chaz with the vision for Teacher Training.
